The machines feature three-axis digital brushless servo control that provides superior quality patterns, ease of pattern and size changes, and low maintenance operation. Utilizing the unique CNC Quilter material frame system, one operator stretches and racks the materials while the machine simultaneously quilts another panel.
Automatic Pattern Sewing
Maximum sewing speed is 3,000 stitches per minute in continuous mode, and 1,500 stitches per minute in intermittent mode.
Easy to use, programmable sewing software enables flexible operation and an IIS G-code conversion simplifies application programming.
